Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are two cases for returns.
Product fault: We will test your product/s on arrival to determine if there is a fault – If there is a product fault, we will then refund you’re the cost of your purchase and freight.
Change of mind: If the reason for the return is a "change of mind," we will inspect your product return. If it is returned in fully saleable condition we will gladly refund the full purchase price if receipt is included in the return however freight will not be refunded.
Any refunds approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The engineers at Liftaway(TM) design garage door remotes that are compatible with popular garage door openers used in Australia. While compatible with the remotes offered by the original manufactures, our remotes are not produced by these manufacturers and are not approved, endorsed or authorized by these manufacturers.
