Single or double garage door no larger than 16m2.
The distance between the edge of the door curtain and the inside of the bracket must be at least 40mm. However, for easier access it is recommended that at least 95mm is allowed.
Maximum door height for the RDO1 is 4500mm.
Follow full programming instructions provided in the manual.(undefined) The problem is most likely that not all setup steps for the RDO1 have been followed. This must be done for any and all functionality.
Complete Limit setting once again, and ensure that when completed the door performs a full auto-cycle by itself. If this does not occur then the setup has not been completed correctly, please ensure you re-read instructions and carefully follow them fully.
A ‘half-eleven’ will show up on the display once the settings have been entered. If a ‘dash’ is showing, the door will not function.

Only one button per opener can be coded at a time. The other buttons can be utilised for additional Openers, or if the original programmed button is damaged in any way.

Either travel or safety reverse force settings have not been completed, ensure both have.
• If both steps have been completed, lower the reverse sensitivity by going to ‘9’ on the reverse force adjustment (Instruction manual (undefined)see page 12), then work back to reach a safe level.
• If problem still exists then door is most likely causing the issue and may need attention from a specialist.
