Usually, either travel or safety reverse force settings have not been completed, ensure both have. • If both steps have been completed, lower the reverse sensitivity by going to ‘9’ on the reverse force adjustment (see page 12), then work back to reach a safe level.​ • If the problem still exists then the door is most likely causing the issue and may need attention from a specialist.
