I completed the setup so why does the door not open and close?


Carefully follow the programming instructions provided. This resolves most issues.
Complete Limit setting once again and ensure that the door performs a full auto-cycle by itself when completed. If this does not occur, then the setup was not completed. Please ensure you re-read instructions and follow them carefully.
A ‘half-eleven’ will show up on the display once the settings have been entered. If a ‘dash’ is showing, the door will not function.

What size door will the SDO1 Opener suit?


Single or double up to 16m2 with maximum door height of 2300mm.

The door only comes down a small distance, then retracts.


Usually, either travel or safety reverse force settings have not been completed, ensure both have.

  • If both steps have been completed, lower the reverse sensitivity by going to ‘9’ on the reverse force adjustment (see page 12), then work back to reach a safe level.​
  • If the problem still exists then the door is most likely causing the issue and may need attention from a specialist.
